Blake Griggs Properties LLC
A private commercial real estate investment, development and services company based in Danville, California. Its strategy is to develop, acquire, lease and manage residential, mixed-use, and retail projects with a typical investment size of $50-350 million.
The Needs
The client required a secure, public-facing website to showcase their portfolio and press materials.
They sought to retain the functionality and branding of their previous site while gaining the ability to maintain and update it independently. After their prior website was compromised and abandoned by their former development firm, the client also requested a separate site dedicated to a proposed development project currently in progress, intended to share public information.

The idea and request was to anchor menu items to scroll to sections of the home page.
