A private commercial real estate investment, development and services company based in Danville, California. Its strategy is to develop, acquire, lease and manage residential, mixed-use, and retail projects with a typical investment size of $50-350 million.
The Needs
Client needed a safe and secure front facing website to showcase portfolio and press material.
Client wanted to reflect their past site functionalities, brand and maintain / update their website.
Their previous website was hacked and their web development company stopped servicing and maintaining their website.
Client requested to have a separate website for one of the proposed development project that is currently in progress for public information purposes.

The idea and request was to anchor menu items to scroll to sections of the home page.
